- The Website uses personal data for the following purposes:

- enabling logging into the Website;
- performance of the contract concerning services and e-services;

- sending the newsletter (after the User’s consent to receive it);

- provision of social services;
- promotion of the Controller’s offer;

V. Your Rights and Additional Information on How Your Data Is Used
- Provision of data is voluntary, but necessary to conclude a contract or to use other functionalities of the Website.
- In certain situations, the Controller has the right to transfer personal data to other recipients if this is necessary for the performance of the concluded contract or for the fulfilment of obligations incumbent on the Controller. This applies to such groups of recipients as courier companies, postal operators, insurers, legal and debt recovery offices, banks, payment operators, authorised employees and collaborators who use the data in order to fulfil the purpose of the Website.
- Personal data will be processed by the Controller for no longer than is necessary for the performance of the related activities defined by separate legal regulations.
- The User has the right to access the content of his/her personal data, to its rectification or erasure, restriction of the processing, data portability, to object to processing, to withdraw consent at any time.
- The Controller’s actions may be complained about to the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.

- Personal data is not transferred to third countries within the meaning of data protection legislation. This means that the data is not transferred outside the European Union.
VI. Information in the Forms
- The Website collects information voluntarily provided by the User, including personal data, if provided.
