II. Purpose of Personal Data Collection

  1. The Website uses personal data for the following purposes:
  • account registration and User identity verification;
  • enabling logging into the Website;
  • performance of the contract concerning services and e-services;
  • communication with the User;
  • sending the newsletter (after the User’s consent to receive it);
  • running a feedback system;
  • provision of social services;
  • promotion of the Controller’s offer;
  • marketing;
  • personalisation of the Website for Users;
  • analytical and statistical activities;
  • debt recovery;
  • establishment, exercise or defence of claims.
  1. The Website performs functions to obtain information about Users and their behaviour in the following ways:

III. Selected Data Protection Methods Applied by the Operator

Login and personal data entry areas are protected in the transmission layer (SSL certificate). This ensures that the personal and login data entered on the Website is encrypted on the User’s computer and can only be read on the target server.

V. Your Rights and Additional Information on How Your Data Is Used

  1. Provision of data is voluntary, but necessary to conclude a contract or to use other functionalities of the Website.
  2. In certain situations, the Controller has the right to transfer personal data to other recipients if this is necessary for the performance of the concluded contract or for the fulfilment of obligations incumbent on the Controller. This applies to such groups of recipients as courier companies, postal operators, insurers, legal and debt recovery offices, banks, payment operators, authorised employees and collaborators who use the data in order to fulfil the purpose of the Website.
  3. Personal data will be processed by the Controller for no longer than is necessary for the performance of the related activities defined by separate legal regulations.
  4. The User has the right to access the content of his/her personal data, to its rectification or erasure, restriction of the processing, data portability, to object to processing, to withdraw consent at any time.
  5. The Controller’s actions may be complained about to the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
  6. Automated decision-making, including profiling, may be undertaken in relation to the Customer for the purpose of providing services under the contract concluded and for the purpose of direct marketing by the Controller.
  7. Personal data is not transferred to third countries within the meaning of data protection legislation. This means that the data is not transferred outside the European Union.

VI. Information in the Forms

  1. The Website collects information voluntarily provided by the User, including personal data, if provided.
  2. The Website may record information on connection parameters (timestamp, IP address).
  3. The Website may, in some cases, record information to facilitate the linking of the data in the form with the email address of the User completing the form. In such a case, the User’s email address will appear inside the URL of the page containing the form.
  4. The data provided in the form is processed for the purpose resulting from the function of the form in question, e.g. for the service request or commercial contact, registration of services, etc. In each case, the context and description of the form clearly indicates what it is used for.
